Limit sessions. Your decision making degrades after two hours. Play less, play better.

Take breaks between matches. Stand up, stretch, look away. Your brain needs a reset.

Mute toxic players. Do not engage. Do not argue. Your mental energy is better spent on the game.

The best players are the calmest. They do not rage. They focus on what they can control.
